Philip Mosele, CEO, founded Great American Builders, Ltd. in Northfield, IL in 1983. G.A.B. became incorporated in 1986. 

 

Phil is well versed in all facets of construction; his extensive experience in the construction business dates back 40 years. A lifetime resident of Northfield, he begun working as a teen with his father, John Mosele. He is well known throughout the North Shore and Chicagoland area; him and his experienced team of craftsman have been building and remodeling custom homes since the 1980's. Phil has retained many customers throughout the years due to the fact that Great American is always on time and on budget.
